The pillowcase
Novo Secco™ is the first pillow with a pillowcase made of TECDRY cloth. TECDRY™, a smart cloth similar to that used in the Brazilian soccer team uniform in the World Cup 2002, quickly and effectively absorbs and expels perspiration. Composed of thousands of lines creating millions of pores, TECDRY™ enables the pillow to stay dry and soft. The pillowcase is treated with Silpure™ by Huntsman™ which expels odor-causing microorganisms and avoid proliferation of bacteria.

The filling
Novo Secco™ filling is made of Siliconized short hollow fiberfill. The air trapped in the holes acts as thermal insulation, which maintains the same temperature as the body. These fibers are hypo-allergenic, preventing microorganisms from spreading, and helps the pillow to mold to the shape of the head or body.

Hotels
Novo Secco™ is the perfect pillow for hotels, bringing comfort to your guests, and better cost-effectiveness to hotels. The TECDRY™ cloth used in the pillowcase is very strong, resistant, and durable, can be washed frequently, and dries much faster than regular cloths. And the Silpure™ by Huntsman™ protection protects guests against bacteria.

 Hospitals and Medical Clinics
Due to its cost-effectiveness, comfort and hygiene, Secco™ is ideal for the medical market segments. The hypo-allergenic filling prevents viruses and lung infections caused by microorganisms. It is resistant, easy to wash and dry, and maintains the human body temperature, and absorbs and wicks away perspiration (the average human body loses 170 liters a year while sleeping, of which 30% evaporates and 70% penetrates both the pillow and mattress*). The Secco pillowcase™ is treated with Silpure™ by Huntsman™ which avoid proliferation of microorganisms and bacteria.
